This event is open only to Institute Faculty, Graduates, Candidates, PTP Students and their guests.

Description: The Institute's Annual Banquet and Graduation is only open to Faculty, Trainees, Graduates, and their guests. It will be held in person on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 2044 E. Evans Avenue, Denver, CO 80208 in the Joy Burns Center on the DU Campus. More information about parking and parking passes will be provided to registrants closer to the event.
The evening will start at 6:00 PM with a non-hosted bar and mingling followed by the dinner at 7:00 PM and the leadership recognition and graduation ceremony soon thereafter. Each dinner will come with a salad, dessert and coffee or tea.
Please choose from one of the following dinner options when registering.
GS=Gluten Sensitive and DS=Dairy Sensitive;
Other dietary restrictions may be provided during registration.

Tellicherry rubbed with whole grain mustard cream, chimichurri potatoes,
Sweet Potato Flauta (Vegetarian)
Ancho coulis, avocado crema, asadero cheese, seasonal vegetables
Cost: The cost of each dinner (for both members and guests) is $75. When registering, you will be asked to list your (and your guest's) meal choice as well as any dietary restrictions you may have.

Please RSVP by Thursday August 28th by completing the online event registration. This deadline is provided by the venue to ensure entrée availability. Late registration may not be available.
Parking: We have coordinated with DU Parking Services to provide attendees a 4-hour parking permit for use only in the Lot E parking garage during this event. You may also pay $2/hour at the meters located throughout the Lot E parking garage.
