I’ll be relocating my practice in January and am looking for a clinician interested in my current office at 4155 East Jewell Avenue, Suite 708, in Denver.

The suite is approximately 420 square feet, with a separate waiting room, main office area, and storage closet. It has been a wonderful home for my psychiatry and psychotherapy practice and a comfortable space for my patients. Building management is exceptionally responsive and supportive, and the staff and cleaning services have been lovely.

The office will be available beginning January 1, 2027. Current rent is $936.67 per month; My current lease began in November 2025 and has approximately two years remaining, with the lease arrangement subject to building management’s approval.
